Easterly has great confidence in the quality of our products. Subject to you using the product in accordance with our instructions, we warrant your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
While we can’t replace damage caused by wear and tear or misuse, we may be able to provide repairs at a reasonable fee.
Additionally, its important to note that our manufacturer’s warranty excludes damage arising from corrosion, a natural process in aging of steel or iron-based materials.
