Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide international shipping
Is shipping free?
We do not offer a guaranteed free shipping charge. Delivery costs are determined based on the distance from our factory and the specific location of the delivery. The size, weight, and location of the products you select will also influence the delivery cost. You will be notified of this at checkout for your approval.
Please be aware that our carts cannot be shipped in larger quantities under our flat-rate shipping charge. If you require shipping for multiple carts, we will contact you to provide accurate shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped via courier service or Australia Post from Byron Bay, NSW.
How long will delivery take and how much will it cost?
- Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch
- Delivery will often occur 2-5 days after dispatch but please allow up to 8 business days especially for regional and remote locations
Can I track my order?
Once you place your order and the products have left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a consignment number and instructions on how to track and follow the progress of your delivery.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Our smaller product range can be delivered to P.O. Box however our Pull-About carts are packaged in a large carton and unfortunately cannot.
I changed my mind about my order, can I edit or cancel it?
We’re sorry to hear! Unfortunately once an order has been placed in our system, we are unable to edit or cancel it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
Products in their original condition and packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Courier / postage costs to return the product will be covered by the customer, but our customer service team will work with you to organise this.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours via email: hello@easterly.au or via phone 1300 512 031 and our customer support team will assist you.

How do I assemble my product?

How do I clean and stow my product?
We recommend washing off sand and salt water after coastal adventures.
For cleaning of the canvas, do not use bleach. Hand wash or wipe down with warm water and mild soap or detergent, then wipe dry.
For longer product life, store out of direct sunlight in a dry, well-ventilated area and remove sand, dirt, or salt water.
How do I collapse for stowage?
When collapsing your Pull-About for stowage, simultaneously slide up the 2 collars E on the side wall to release lock and then fold side wall down. Repeat for other side.
Can I find your Pull-About in a retail shop?
We have exciting plans to venture into retail soon however for now, we are selling exclusively via our website.
